Lily and the snow man

Once upon a time, there was a snowman. He was melting and his friend Lily, put him in the frige to keep him cold. He was feeling so happy that he found some were to sleep, then Lily got older and older. The girl started to not care about the snowmn and he was sad.

The girl had a job and a busy life. She bumped into her coffe and in to the light. The light shone on the snow globe and she remembered about the snowman. She rushed back to her old house to find her friend.

She watched a puppet show with her daughter and her snowman.

Today me and class went to life caravan and we learnt about body systems. On Monday we learnt about the liver. The liver has over 500 jobs. The liver sorts out the good and bad food.

Today my class learnt about kidneys. Kidneys are important because it cleans the blood if you don’t Drink Lots of water Your pee will be yellow. If you drink lots of water your pee will be clear.

Thank you Nicole, we learnt a lot.

Winters Day

I see trees blowing in the wind

I hear my Dad snoring

I feel cold outside

Hunters

One day there was a man named Thomas and a villain named Tj. They were in a maze that was made out of rock. Tj and Thomas started to have a fight and the people around them heard a BAM and a BOOM. Thomas Wins Then Tj Gets Jealous. Tj and Thomas Works together to kill a monster named Greaver.

Then one night the maze started to open and Greaver came out of the humungous maze. They came out and everybody ran into there little huts but one of the monsters  broke the roof and killed all of them but then Thomas came to the monster and said "Hey Greaver follow me”. Then Thomas and his friends killed Greaver’s team.

My career

When I am older I want to be a police

man because they can hold guns and

hand-cuffs. They wear special gear.

Police officers look after people and

take bad people to jail. Police officers

can have their own police dog.

When I am older I also want to

be in the army because they can get

to go to war to save people.

If I want to be in the army I have to

listen to the teacher, be good and respectful to

others.

Talofa lava my name is Key and I am Samoan. I  go to Glenbrae School. I have 7 siblings. My favourite subjects are maths and writing. My goal is to be good at all sports and get better at reading and maths. The person that is my role model is my friend Soane because he is good at sports.

Fun with money

Chris, Lyndsey, Jasmine and Sasha from

PwC came to Room 9 this week to teach us about

money. There are 3 things you can do with money-

donate, save and borrow. I had fun doing

all the activities and filling out the cool

booklets we got. It was a great experience.
